Egerton Jones is a founder-led office advisory practice helping ambitious businesses make confident, commercially sound property decisions across serviced, managed and leased space.

Egerton Jones was created to bring clarity, judgement and commercial rigour to those decisions.

With experience spanning flexible operators, institutional landlords and traditional leasehold markets, we understand how the entire ecosystem works — and how to position our clients within it so their workspace actively supports their growth strategy.

A Personal Beginning

The story began in 2014, when my brother Anthony and I founded Serviced Office Experts.

Two years earlier, Anthony had experienced first-hand how transactional the market could feel. Advice was rushed. Representation was superficial. Speed was prioritised over understanding.

We believed businesses deserved better.

So we built a consultancy grounded in listening properly, asking better questions and negotiating as if it were our own capital at stake.

That mindset — thoughtful, commercially disciplined and genuinely client-led — became our DNA.

Growing With Our Clients

As our clients grew, so did their requirements.

Businesses that began in serviced offices progressed into managed environments. Others moved into traditional leasehold space. Meanwhile, the London market itself was evolving — landlords adapting, operators refining their offer, managed space emerging as a sophisticated hybrid.

The advisory model had to evolve too.

Egerton Jones was established in 2019 to reflect that broader capability — advising across:

Experience Across the Market

Working alongside the partners at BBG Real Estate Advisors — with over 70 years of combined experience in London’s leasehold market — deepened my understanding of the institutional landlord perspective.

That dual insight matters.

Understanding how landlords structure risk, how operators underwrite buildings and how flexibility affects long-term value leads to stronger negotiations — and better outcomes for clients.

Over the years, I have advised organisations ranging from 2 to 600 people across public sector, media and private equity.
